  • What currency are the prices in?
    All prices by default are in US dollars, but you can change the currency at the top of the store.
  • Wholesale
    If you want more than 4 custom funko pop I can give you a wholesale price. Just go to Contact section
  • What are the paymet options?
    We accept debit and credit cards through PayPal. We also have the option of payment by deposit or bank transfer and MercadoPago, however, this option is only available for Mexico.
  • Which are the shipping options?
    We have 2 options, some are just for some regions, but we have economic shipping, standard shipping and expedited shipping. Depending on where you are, standard takes 2 to 3 days and expedited shipping 1 to 10 days. None of the shipping options includes insurance. If you want to know more you can click here.
  • How can I track my order?
    For standard shipping: While your package is in Mexico you can track it at Correos de México website, once your order is at your country you can use your local post website to track it. Link for Correos de México website: https://www.correosdemexico.gob.mx/SSLServicios/SeguimientoEnvio/Seguimiento.aspx Unforntanly, Correos de México website is only in spanish. Link for USPS website: https://www.usps.com/manage/ For faster shipping: Depending on the package that is sent you can check on the website of that package. Generally we use Fedex, DHL or UPS.
  • I'm trying to track my order but it doesn't show anything, what is happening?
    If you are tracking using your local postal website it can be beacuse the package hasn't arraive to your conuntry. Try using Correos de México website. If you are using Correos de México website, sometimes they don't update the page but that doesn't mean that your package isn't moving. Remmember Mexico is a third world country and not all the postal offices are well equiped.
  • What happen if my order arrived damaged?
    If your order arrived damaged please contact us. Repairs are free and granted to all orders but the you have to pay for shipping to us and from us to you. If your funko pop box arrived damaged we can ship a new box free of charge but you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The shipment of damaged boxes will be by standard service unless the customer decides to pay the difference for faster shipping option. Damaged boxes will be shipped within a month.
  • What happen if my order never arrive?
    Due to the fact that all orders are custom made refunds cannot be issued. Refunds are not granted for lost packages. At the moment of the purchase you agree to our return policy.
  • How long does it takes the process?
    It usually takes us to create an order around 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how many orders we have it can be up to 10 weeks, plus shipping time.
  • Is COVID-19 affecting in anyway the orders?
    There may be some delays in the transit of the package. In the creation process it can be affected in some cases since the boxes have to be sent to be printed and on certain occasions the establishment where said impressions are made have been closed.
  • How is the proccess?
    The process begins after having made an order, once the purchase is made a picture of the person is needed, with this photo a mockup is made digitally, once this is done and approved by the client, a digital mockup of the personalized box is made, if purchased. Afterwards there is generally no contact as the figure is being made and you will only receive your tracking code when your order is shipped.
  • Is this a real web site?
    Yes, we are totally real. You can check out or social media and all payments are thorugh Paypal. That means your payment is secure.
  • Is this safe?
    Yes, we only accept paymets thorugh PayPal, it's secure for you an us.
  • How do I send my picture?
    You can send it to a0109954@google.com or through the chat.
  • Does my order have insurance?
    No, but if you want to insure your order, you will need to let us know, since the packages do not have insurance and are only provided if the client explicitly requests it. The insurance has an additional cost and is according to each order.
