SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Options
1. Standard shipping: Shipments are made with Correos de México and take 2 to 4 weeks, it may vary depending on your location. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Fast shipping: We use one of these companies: Fedex, UPS or DHL, and it takes between 1 to 10 days to arrive. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
RETURN POLICIES
Because orders are custom made and made to order, returns are not allowed.
Refunds are not given for lost packages.
REPAIR AND WARRANTY POLICIES
The warranty is valid only for the next 7 days after receiving your package.
The warranty only covers missing parts and damaged boxes. Damaged boxes and/or missing parts will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping of such parts or boxes will be done via standard service unless the customer decides to pay the difference for the faster shipping option. Missing parts or damaged boxes will be shipped within one month.
Repairs are free and given to all orders, but the customer agrees to pay shipping to us and from us to them.
At the time of purchase, you agree to our warranty and repair policy.
INSURANCE
If you want to insure your order, you will need to let us know, since the packages do not have insurance and are only provided if the client explicitly requests it.
The insurance has an additional cost and is according to each order.
